LODGING POLICIES
The Phoenix Nest is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please read through our policies below.
RESERVATIONS
An advanced payment of one-night stay is taken upon reservation. A receipt of your deposit will fully confirm your reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less $35 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made less applicable processing fees.

Payment is taken through all major credit cards, personal check or cash.

RATES AND TAXES
City Properties are subject to a 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax. Country Lodging Properties are subject to a 10% Hotel Occupancy Tax.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required for holidays and special events.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 12 AM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
SMOKING
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets considered on individual basis. Please call ahead for further information.
